This privacy policy is provided in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and describes the management methods of the website http://www.vivanti.it regarding the processing of personal data that may be acquired in compliance with current regulations. This privacy policy applies only to the website http://www.vivanti.it and not to third-party websites that may be visited by the user via links. In any case, http://www.vivanti.it commits, within the scope of its competence, to fully comply with the current legislation on personal data protection.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
User data may be collected during website navigation for purposes connected and/or instrumental to allowing access to the site with all its features. It is possible to browse the site without providing any personal data, although certain features may not be available and some services cannot be provided, as explained and specified on a case-by-case basis in this privacy policy. Within the site, there are also some data collection forms (e.g., for new user registration and/or subscription to the newsletter service): data acquired through these forms will always be managed in compliance with current regulations and may be processed:

Providing personal data of potential customers and customers for the purposes described in points a), b), c), d), and e) does not require specific consent, as the provided data is necessary to establish and manage the contract concluded with Vivanti s.r.l. and to allow the correct execution of contractual, accounting, and legal obligations deriving from the contract itself. Failure to provide the data will prevent, in whole or in part, a correct response to requests made and/or the completion of the order and the finalization of the online purchase. For the execution of promotional and marketing purposes as referred to in letter;
g) we need to obtain specific consent, which we request at the bottom of the compilation form. Consent to processing for promotional purposes can be easily revoked by requesting to no longer receive commercial information, by following the methods indicated in the promotional emails received, or by writing to the following email onlineshop@vivanti.it.
PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RECIPIENTS
Processing is carried out using IT and/or electronic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. Vivanti S.r.l. makes use of Sintra Consulting srl for the management and maintenance of the technological part of the site. Vivanti requires the provider to manage information in a way that is consistent with company policies and in compliance with regulatory provisions. The data is processed and stored on Sintra's servers and in Vivanti S.r.l.'s databases for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected: in particular, personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of allowing the site to function will be retained until such interest is satisfied; for the use of data for contractual purposes, the information will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and for the terms of the law related to the management of accounting and tax regulatory obligations linked to the contract itself. When processing is based on consent, the Data Controller may store personal data until such consent is revoked. Personal data used for the purposes mentioned above may be communicated, in writing or by phone, to the categories and subjects indicated below, who participate in our business processes in various capacities: online payment services, banking, insurance and financial institutions; agents, dealers, distributors, and the commercial network in general; external consultants, transport companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents; companies specializing in marketing and market research sectors, and Public Administrations, for the performance of institutional functions, within the limits established by law and regulations. The scope of any communication of data will be national/European. Beyond what is stated, the data will not be disseminated.

Processing related to the web services of the site http://www.vivanti.it takes place both at the offices of Vivanti s.r.l. and, regarding the site hosting service and online shop management, at Sintra, which guarantees, within the scope of its competence, compliance with current regulations on the servers used for the execution of services provided for Vivanti. The security measures adopted on the server and in the IT archives where user data is stored are suitable to ensure the integrity and availability of the data, and the recorded information is protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED/SPECIFIC PROCESSING
Depending on the service provided, different types of personal data may be processed.
